Daniel Neiger decided to pursue a career in law from a young age, inspired by his family’s legal background and commitment to helping others. He earned his Bachelor of Science from American University in 2015 and completed his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Brooklyn Law School in 2018.
Daniel joined the firm on February 18, 2025, focusing his practice on advocating for vulnerable communities, particularly those affected by medical malpractice and negligence. He finds fulfillment in securing substantial settlements for families who have suffered due to healthcare system failures.
Professionally, Daniel is proud of his successful arguments in negligence and medical malpractice cases, which have positively impacted his clients’ lives. He is an active member of the New York City Bar Association.
In his personal time, Daniel enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and scuba diving. He is also passionate about ice hockey, travel, and exploring Brooklyn with his wife and rescue dog.
